"Since people are going to be living longer and getting older, they'll just have to learn how to be babies longer." Andy Warhol

" Because it feels soooo good...We've been conditioned through repetitive behavior of our own choosing to find the pleasures we miss from our childhood. If you used to be addicted to blue quarter-waters, your probably thinking that bottle of Hypnotic in da club was meant for you. If you had a passion for setting fire to shit, your probably smoking till your eyes hemorage. If you loved to run till you almost passed out, you probably depend on sex for self-esteem. Could it be that we really haven't learned these self-destructive behaviors, but replaced an old behavior with the first thing that made sense for us to do. So then is it possible to replace these behaviors with ones that empower us? Can we really control the uncontrollable? Do we even want to? Our subconsoius loves our old selves, good and bad, and will defend it to the death. If you were repeatedly conditioned to believe that talking to strangers is bad, does that thinking serve you as well now as it did then? How much pain does it take to initiate effective action in achieving the shit we want? Maybe we have to MAKE change feel like the unjudged pleasures of childhood. Why? Because it feels sooooo good..."
