You Save Oceans

It is incredible and impossible how you can control time - how it crawls in your absence and accelerates in your presence. There is so much time for you, so that the amount of time without you becomes ridiculous, absurd, when compared with the amount of time that was just waiting there to be spent with you.

I long to know: if your presence was to become more than a treasured scarcity, would time eventually return to its normal speed, or would it continue to rush past at the same exhausting pace, leaving me breathless and exhausted in its wake, as if you had never been there at all?
